Minimum Call-Out Fee

A minimum call-out fee of £75 applies to all bookings. This is reflected in the 1-bedroom price above.

Furniture Care Add-Ons
We understand that most rooms are lived-in, not empty showrooms. Our team is happy to work around your furniture with care, so you don't have to lift a finger.
Light Furniture Care
Careful moving of chairs, small tables, ottomans and similar light pieces
Medium Furniture Care
Sofas, armchairs and small wardrobes, moved and replaced with care
Heavy Furniture Care
Beds, large wardrobes, sideboards and other substantial items — please let us know in advance so we can bring the right team
Heavily Soiled Surcharge
+30%
Carpets assessed as heavily soiled — due to prolonged wear, deep-set staining, or significant soiling — require additional dwell time, specialist pre-treatment, and extended extraction. A 30% surcharge applies in these cases. Our technician will advise you prior to commencing any work.
All prices include VAT. Sofa and upholstery cleaning is priced on individual assessment — please send photos and dimensions for an accurate quote. Stain treatment priced separately.
